1. Booking Confirmation

​

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreed deposit.

  • Confirmations will be sent via email or other written communication.

 

2. Cancellations

​

  • 72+ Hours in Advance: Full refund.

  • 48-72 Hours in Advance: A 10% administrative fee applies.

  • Less than 48 Hours in Advance: Up to 50% of the total booking amount may be retained to cover costs incurred.

 

3. Rescheduling

​

  • 48+ Hours in Advance: Free of charge.

  • Less than 48 Hours in Advance: A 10% administrative fee applies.

 

4. Refunds

​

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

 

5. Additional Costs

​

  • Costs for materials, furniture, or additional services will be communicated before invoicing.

 

6. Consumer Rights

​

This policy adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations and other UK laws ensuring fair treatment and clear information.
