These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services provided by Medo’s Squad. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

  • Services: Includes all services provided by Medo’s Squad, such as interior design, flooring, garden design, wallpaper installation, and related offerings.

  • Client, You, or Your: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing services from us.

  • Company, We, or Our: Refers to Medo’s Squad, the service provider.

 

3. General Conditions

  • Our website and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a booking.

 

4. Services

​

  • Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • You may need to provide additional information for certain services (e.g., consultations for interior design).

  • Any materials, furniture, or decor items beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.

 

5. Booking and Payment

​

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed.

  • Full payment must be received before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • 72+ Hours in Advance: Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • 48-72 Hours in Advance: 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

  • Less than 48 Hours in Advance: Refunds are subject to incurred costs, and up to 50% of the booking amount may be retained.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request using the original payment method.

 

7. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours in advance are free of charge.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a 10% fee to cover administrative costs.

 

8. Additional Costs

​

  • Costs for materials, furniture, or additional services beyond the agreed quote will be communicated and invoiced separately.

 

9. Intellectual Property

​

All website content, including designs, logos, and text, is the property of Medo’s Squad and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

​

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

 

11. Privacy and Data Protection

​

We comply with the UK GDPR and other applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

 

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
